Failed or Incomplete Transactions

If your payment fails or is interrupted:

• You can retry the payment through your orders page.

• In case of a deduction without confirmation, please allow up to 5–7 business days for automatic refund by your bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• COD is available only for select pin codes and on orders below ₹5,000.

• We reserve the right to cancel COD orders in case of frequent cancellations or non-acceptance of previous COD deliveries.
