Return and Refund Policy – Griha Vastra

At Griha Vastra, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and has all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

Note: We do not accept returns for items purchased during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [support@grihavastra.com] or WhatsApp us at [Your contact number] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and images of the product (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).


3. Reverse Pickup and Self-Shipping

  • Reverse Pickup: We’ll arrange it via our courier partners.

  • Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup is not available, we’ll ask you to ship the product to our address. You’ll be reimbursed for the courier charges (up to ₹100) upon sharing a valid receipt.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. Based on your original payment method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original source within 5–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order separately.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.
